Even though cashew yogurt is available in the market, you have given a method to make it from available materials and thus it would definitely be economical. We avoid cashew worrying about cholesterol. There are other options avoiding cholesterol.
Can you look the other options and add the recipe for some more?
Great to hear from you uncle. yogurt with cashews become probiotic so the calories are actually lesser than dairy milk and cashews have healthy fats, better than dairy milk. I hope you are well. do try to make a youtube account as there is so much knowledge that is readily available there and maybe next time you will be able to comment directly instead of having to go back to wordpress.
